Beth Kirby's work discusses issues of censorship and the female construct through drawing, colour, collage and text. Her repeated use of the female form and nudity keeps her work centred on the feminine, sexuality and what this means in the age of social media and fourth wave feminism.
With a background in conceptual art and illustration, Beth’s work has appeared in several group shows in the UK and has appeared in numerous print and online publications, from drawing handbooks to feminist zines, and her self-drawn and published zine has previously exhibited in Tate St Ives.
